These terms govern purchases through evolutionpowertools.hr. By completing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. The language of the contract is Croatian.
An order becomes binding once we confirm it by automated email with an order number. That confirmation forms the contract. Keep the confirmation and order details for your records.
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. The price valid at the time the order is received applies. Shipping cost is shown before you complete the order.
Cash on delivery is currently available, paid to the courier on receipt. We are adding further payment methods gradually and they will appear at checkout.
Orders within Croatia ship via InTime. For delivery to Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, send an inquiry. Timelines and costs are described in the Shipping and payment section.
Under Croatian consumer law, a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Send a withdrawal notice to prodaja@evolutionpowertools.hr with your order number. Conditions and the return process are described in the Returns section. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for business purposes.
We are liable for material defects in accordance with Croatian obligations law and consumer protection law. All Evolution tools come with a three-year factory warranty. See the Warranty section for details.
You may send a written complaint to prodaja@evolutionpowertools.hr or to our address in Zagreb. We respond to a received complaint in writing within 15 days at the latest.
We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. Consumers may also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Otherwise the competent court in the Republic of Croatia has jurisdiction, applying Croatian law.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.
We reserve the right to change these terms. The terms in force when an order is received apply to that order.
