Your data, your control.

We take your privacy seriously. We process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Croatian law. This policy explains what data we collect, why we process it and what rights you have.

Data controller

Data we collect

• Contact and delivery data: first name, last name, email, phone and address.
• Business (B2B) data: company name, Tax ID, registration number, VAT ID and contact person, for invoicing.
• Order and inquiry data: order contents, purchase history and your messages.
• Account data: email and password, where the password is stored only in encrypted form by our sign-in provider.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs, necessary for the operation and security of the shop.

Purposes and legal basis

• Processing and delivering orders and customer support: performance of a contract.
• Issuing and retaining invoices: compliance with legal obligations.
• Answering inquiries and preparing quotes: performance of a contract or legitimate interest.
• Shop security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.
• Sending the newsletter: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. We retain invoices and accounting records in line with tax and accounting regulations. Order data is kept for the duration of the warranty and possible claims, and newsletter data until consent is withdrawn.

Recipients

We share data only where necessary to fulfil an order or a legal obligation, with our delivery service (InTime), IT service providers (hosting, database, user sign-in and email delivery) and our accounting service. Some providers are located outside the European Union, in which case we safeguard the transfer with appropriate measures such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to run the shop: sign-in and session, cart contents (stored locally in your browser) and site access. We do not use marketing cookies or third-party tracking tools.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object and to withdraw consent. Send your request to prodaja@evolutionpowertools.hr. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
