Our authorised Evolution service centre in Zagreb handles in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs. We use original spare parts held in stock for all current models.

What we service

• Saws, drills, sanders, cordless tools.
• Magnetic drills and industrial machines.
• Compactors, mixers, and vacuums.

In-warranty repairs

If the tool is within the warranty period and the fault is covered, the repair is free of charge. Bring the tool and the receipt or delivery note as proof of purchase date. Read more on the Warranty page.

Out-of-warranty repairs

1. Contact us by email or phone with a description of the issue.
2. Bring the tool to our Zagreb address with the receipt or delivery note.
3. We send a repair quote with an estimate of cost and time.
4. Upon approval we do the repair, average turnaround 7 to 14 days.

What to bring

• The tool with any accessory related to the fault (battery, charger).
• The receipt or delivery note so we can check the warranty.
• A short description of the fault and when it occurs.

Spare parts

We stock original brushes, bearings, switches and other consumables for all current Evolution models. Parts for older series are available on order.

When ordering a spare part it helps to give the position number from the exploded diagram in the manual. Parts lists by model are on the Manuals page, so send us the tool model and the position number or a description of the part.
