Evolution Annular Mag Drill Cutters 12-65mm Width (50mm Max Depth)

Evolution Cyclone Premium Annular Cutters will make the difference if your business relies on the ability to drill fast, accurate holes in heavy-duty steel. You’ll not find a better cutter for all types of construction, civil engineering, offshore installation, Petrochemical, railway, and maritime fabrication.

Our 50mm cyclone broach cutter range all provide a 50mm depth of cut and are available in various metric diameters from 12mm - 65mm.

Made from S360 Tungsten-Molybdenum Steel, Evolution Cyclone Annular Cutters outperform HSS, Cobalt or Ti-Ni coated cutters. Evolution's Cyclone Annular cutters can be heat treated up to 68 RC and still retain their tempered hardness. That’s better than the more common M2 HSS and Cobalt cutters. Evolution’s range of annular cutters offer better economy, performance, and durability than other brands, so you can cut holes more economically and quickly.

*Suitable for Weldon Shank compatible mag drills, 19mm

*Cutters are supplied without pilot pins, please ensure you order a pilot pin if you require one.

Evolution Cyclone Premium Annular Cutters are not covered by our usual product warranty. All cutters are consumable items with a lifespan dictated by how they are used and with what materials. We firmly believe, backed up by extensive testing, that they will provide unmatched durability compared to any other annular cutters, and in the unlikely event that you ever encounter any issues with them please contact our Warranty Department directly.
